CESAR Agrifood Energy and Carbon Flow Model

This ‘Model’ is actually a detailed inventory of the annual energy and carbon flows through the agrifood systems of Canada, from crop production through to food consumed, non-food products sold, and agrifood products imported and exported. It draws on a large number of data sources to provide a snapshot of the Canadian agrifood system in the 2009-2013 period.
