Spatial Community Energy Carbon and Cost Characterization Model

The SCEC3 model enables evaluation of the energy, greenhouse gas and cost implications of specific actions related to energy use and supply in residential buildings. This model can encompass from building and parcel to community scale and report analysis of up to 32 years.
