Brett Dolter is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, University of Regina. His research is focused on modelling the costs and consequences of climate and energy policy. Current research projects include estimating the impact of higher energy prices on the competitiveness of the Canadian manufacturing sector, evaluating pathways for decarbonizing the Canadian electricity sector, and modelling scenarios for Regina’s energy future. Brett teaches courses in climate change policy, microeconomics, cost-benefit analysis, and ecological economics.
