Postdoctoral researcher at HEC Montreal, with experience in developing and implementing optimization models for operational and planning problems in different domains. His current work develops optimization models for analyzing decarbonization strategies for the North American Northeast electricity sector. He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Polytechnique Montreal. He also completed a MSc and a BSC in Industrial Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico and the Universidad del Valle, Colombia.
