I conduct research on the development and application of real-world-based tools to quickly and quantitatively assess the impact of our policy and technology decisions on air pollution and climate outcomes. The knowledge gained is then generalized using techniques such as Land Use Regressions and other data mining tools to support better environment and energy policy planning and reduce exposure risk. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and also worked as a postdoctoral scholar at Carnegie Mellon University.
